Nelson R. Bullock

elson R. Bullock "Bob" of Alexandria, Va; born 1920 and passed away peacefuly on November 26, 2013 at the age of 93. Bob is survived by his wife of 45 years, Elizabeth Lewis Bullock. Survived by two sisters, Illene Washer and Louise Labie (Fred); step-son Robert W. Johnson (Judy), step-daughter Victoria Johnson Courtney (Jay); seven grandchildren, Michelle Johnson, Robert W. Johnson, III, Gregory Allan Johnson, Eric McKamey, Rebecca Smith, Rachel Price, Courtney McKamey; seven great-grandchildren Nicholas Markwell, Catherine Markwell, Madeleine Johnson, Marcus McKamey, Vernon Taylor, Chloe McKamey and Evan Smith; and one great-great-granddaughter Kaylee Markwell. Bob was preceded in death by one step-daughter Susan Johnson.

Bob was a veteran of WWII awarded with two purple hearts during the European camaign. Bob was a member of the Masonic Lodge for 65 years to include the Scottish Rite, Keena Shriners and the Eastern Star. He was a faithful member of Commonwealth Baptist Church for over 40 years where he served as a Deacon and Sexton. He retired form the Federal Government "DLA" after 32 years of service as a acomputer analyst.
