Mr. Neri Granada Jocson

Neri Granada Jocson, 78, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2020, at Pomona Valley Hospital in Pomona, California. He was born on June 18, 1942, in Talisay, Negros Occidental, Philippines, to Narciso and Flory (Granada) Jocson. He went to college at La Salle, Bacolod and graduated in 1966. He married Fe Manglicmot on December 5, 1970. He worked as an accountant for Philippine National Bank Escolta, Manila; Warranty Supervisor at Grand Chevrolet, Glendora, CA; and Accounting Manager at Hollywood Tropicana, Hollywood. Neri lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, chatting and partying with friends and family, snacking, spending time with his three grandchildren, going on cruises and travelling with friends and family. Neri was a quiet, caring, jovial man who had an uncanny ability to reach people in a positive way. He is survived by his wife, Fe, daughter, Joselle, son-in-law, Daniel, grandchildren, Jacob, Nicholas, and Eliza; brothers, Roger (Ojing) and Nelson; sisters, Lily (Mother) and Delia; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral service will be held outside the church at Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, California on January 21, 2021, at 2:30pm followed by a burial service.
