Neva was a wonderful Christian. I remember the first time I met her and her sister Cheryl. My family and I rented her Grandmother's rent house next door. We went to the same Church and I had the privilege of singing duets with her from time to time. It is definitely a great loss. My condolences to her husband and family! I know that Heaven has gained another beautiful addition to that Heavenly Choir. She will always be remembered! May God bless you all! Mike Thompson

Herm, I am so sorry for your loss. It's been years since I saw either of you, but Neva was one of the best I've ever worked for and was a wonderful mentor. She had a sharp mind and a a great sense of humor and she will be greatly missed in this world. My prayers are with you during this difficult time.

On this Independence Day, I remember last year here at Magic Springs where employees gathered for a great BBQ. Neva and I (along with others) ate and talked. Neva and her accounting crew were all decked out with ribbons and garland and head gear. I will miss her. I have been praying and will continue to pray for her husband, family and friends.

To Neva My Friend
I gladly walk a thousand miles just to see your smiling face.
The angles in heaven hang the head low every time you spoke kind words to family and friends.
I cried when god took you in his chariot of gold pulled by twelve white stallions for i will miss you.
You kind heart lead me in the path of righteousness.
Your wisdom may be lost to the world but what you taught to the few will last a life time.
The lesson you taught me I will cherish and take hart know that you where one of the greats ladies I ever meted.
You took a lost soul and put it on the right path and now knowing you are watching over so many I can rest my head and sleep in peace.
I was told once that friendship is like the seasons they come and go but the memories last a life time.
Your life is like a tree; roots are the family that holds you in place “grounded.” Friends are the leaves on your branches at times they turn and fall but I am an evergreen; my friends stay with me till times end and the great lord takes us home.
So I say farewell to a good friend, great teacher, and a wonderful person; who has enrich my life that. I will burn like the stars that you have become.

Neva was so many things to me...first and foremost she was an inspiration, in both my professional and my personal life. Neva showed all of us at Magic Springs and Crystal Falls that no matter what, the "show must go on"...watching her in the past year, I learned more than many many years in a classroom. Her sheer strength and determination was truly a sight everyone should experience at some point in their lives. I will miss her more than words will ever express, and I wish I could be with Herm and her family tomorrow...but it is month and year end for us here and no matter what, nothing will be late! A side note to Neva, because she will understand...we FLASHED a little early today boss, not on purpose (lol) also, thank you for the butterfly that sat on my knee this afternoon...I know it was you telling me you're watching and that I can do this...may have to take a golf cart ride in the next few days though!

Neva began for me as an IAAPA volunteer and committee member and ended up as a good friend and mentor. She was a warm-hearted and kind soul, and unfailingly generous. She will be sorely missed.

Neva was a great person whose trademark smile could light up an entire room. Even as she courageously battled a terrible disease, her eternal optimism never seemed to waver. Neva was deeply loved by so many and she will be dearly missed by her AMP family. My deepest sympathies to Herm and her remaining family.

Neva was not only someone I worked with, she was a friend. She had that special quality of taking responsibility, even when she was in the midst of her fight against cancer. It was a quality born of someone self made, who achieved her personal goals through hard work. I will miss her

This past Monday I lost my forever BEST friend.
I am so very grateful for all of the special times we spent together.
I am very blessed to have so many beautiful memories that will help me through this loss.
You were one special person that touched and was loved by so many.
I will truly miss you forever but Heaven is a better place now that you are there.
