Nicholas Bubernak, 41, of Lititz, died suddenly on Sunday, June 7, in his residence.
Born in Reading, he was a son of Carole Harvan-Griffith of Manheim Township and Russell Bubernak of Lancaster. He was a member of Annunciation Orthodox Church, Lancaster. A great conversationalist with a warm and outgoing personality, he enjoyed golf, skiing, soccer and cooking.Surviving in addition to his mother and father are a brother, David Bubernak, and his wife, Vanessa (Peifer), of Lancaster; two nieces, Tatiana and Natasha, and a stepbrother, Christopher Meck, all of Lancaster; a stepsister, Lee Anne Colello, and her husband, Chris of, Westbrook, ME; his stepmother, Marian H. (Fryer) Bubernak of Lancaster; godfather Dr. Nicholas Bybel, and his family, of Reading; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Ronald L. Griffith; grandparents: Pauline and Michael Harvan and Max and Anna Bubernak; and his godmother, Irene K. Lupco.
Service: Funeral service 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 12, Annunciation Orthodox Church, 64 Hershey Ave., Lancaster, with the Rev. Hector Firoglanis officiating. Private interment at convenience of family.
