Nicholas Chubay Obituary

OGDENSBURG - Nicholas Chubay, 84, of Ogdensburg, died on Friday, July 3, 2015.
Nicholas was originally from New York City and took up residence in Ogdensburg in 1965.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mary Chudzik Chubay; his sons, Nicholas Peter Chubay and Michael Steven Chubay; daughters-in-law, Janice Chubay and Bridgit Chubay; grandchildren, Suzann E. Brush Babcock, Alec M. Chubay, Eric E. Chubay, and Becky Chubay; and great-grandchildren, Jacob Brush, Jaden Brush, and Justin Babcock. Nicholas was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
He was predeceased by his son, who he will now join, Thomas Kenneth Chubay.
A memorial service will be held for friends and family to say farewell on Sunday, July 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Ogdensburg Fire Hall. Pastor Nicholas Fontana will preside over prayers at 1 p.m. Share your memories with us. Everyone has been a part of his life and family at different points in time. A full picture of a person is painted when they all come together. Bless you all.
