Nicholas was my neighbor. I was his kids' friend. I remember the morning when he died I found out and got ready and walked to their house and seeing the kids. They were crying and I just gave them a hug. When they moved our neighborhood was never the same. Whenever I see their house I think of them. Remember if your reading this we love you.

To the family of Nick Null: I didn't know Nick personally but I worked with Kris at St. Joe. I thank him for the ultimate sacrifice that he made for us and his country. His dedication and military service will keep us all safe and free. I thank the family for allowing them to share his life to the defense of his country. It's hard to justify his death and you never can. . . becuase your heart will be empty and hurt for him forever. I pray that time will ease that pain and longing. Remember and he will live on. May your hearts continue to beat steady and your love last long, and your memories of times past will guide you each day for the rest of your lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
I salute you Nick and family for all you've done and given!

First, I want to express our sympathy for the family for their loss. Second, I want to thank Nick and Tanya for both their dedication and commitment to our country and each other. There are no words that can express what your family is going through but just think of the great times you had together as a family and let your boys know that their father was an American Hero!!!
