Nicola COLASANTE Obituary
Accidentally, on Friday May 29, 2015 gone from this earth our beloved Nick. Doing what he loved best. Leaving behind his partner/ best friend/ love of his life, Fran, his most adored treasures, his first priority Anthony and Laura. Also mourning this loss is his mother-in-law Lucy Zito (late Jimmy), his supportive in-laws, Mimmo and Sylvie Zito, and Debbie, his admired nieces and nephews, Jimmy and Sara, Frankie, Dave, Krista and Nicholas, and his beautiful, special great- niece and nephew Teo and Tessa. A very special thank you to the extended family and friends who have rallied around us these last few sad days. Their everlasting friendships with Nick were dear to his heart and will be cherished forever. Friends are invited to the Memorial Service for Nicola which will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel at:

My children and I don't have enough time to tell you what Nick was about. He put into his 57 years, more life than someone double or triple his age. He did everything to the max. Those who truly knew him, knew that. He played hard, worked hard, loved hard.
Our home that I can honestly say, he built with his own hands, every single inch of it. He did it all for us because he was a simple guy. Whatever we three asked for, he gave without question, without complaint. We had a life that only a few can say they have, most would want. We will always keep him wrapped around us like a blanket. He protected us always, and will continue to do so. Love never dies.
To our family and friends who have never left our side these last few days, to those that dropped off food, drinks everything. Nick would have loved it all and been there right in the middle of it trying to get more bottles and food out that he recently purchased at Costco. Thank you and we love you.
To those that sent notes, messages and hugs, and those here today as well. Thank you for your kindness and sympathies .This is something we never thought would happen, but God chose him that day. Nick's work is done here. Don't be afraid to tell each other that you love them. Nick did every single day. Good bye papa, we love you always.
