Nikola Polyansky

Nikola Polyansky, affectionately known as Nick, of DeBary, FL, passed away on September 7, 2024. He leaves behind a legacy filled with laughter, love for the outdoors, and unwavering support for his favorite sports teams.

Nick's life was marked by a profound appreciation for nature, often found enjoying the serene environments of Gemini Springs Park and Blue Spring State Park, where he delighted in watching manatees. An avid supporter of the Miami Dolphins and Miami Hurricanes, Nick's enthusiasm during football season was contagious.

Beyond his interests, Nick was a devoted family man. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Polyansky; his son, David Polyansky; daughter, Suzie Burg; Grandchildren Josh, Cooper & Eloise; and sister, Cecilia Sandberg. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jenny and Peter Polyansky, and his siblings, Natalie and John Polyansky.

Professionally, Nick retired from a fulfilling career in the Financial Services industry, where he was respected by his colleagues for his integrity and dedication.

Nick's hobbies included fishing, caring for his pets, and playing pranks on his wife, bringing joy and laughter to those around him.

A private service will be held to honor Nick's life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local animal charity, a nod to Nick's love for his dogs and cats.

Nick's memory will be cherished by all who knew him as a beacon of joy and a pillar of strength within his community and family.
