Noemi Montiel

Noemi Montiel, age 59, of Mesa, AZ Passed Away on Monday November 6, 2017. Noemi was born September 2, 1958 to Alfonzo and Dolores Montiel. Noemi loved working in the medical field. She received a degree in Medical Assistance from Apollo College and her Associates in Business from the University of Phoenix. She was also an avid Cardinals fan. Noemi's faith was very important to her. She was an active member of Living Word Bible Church in Mesa, AZ. Noemi not only lived her faith, but she walked her faith daily. Family was very important to her, and she cherished family time and get-togethers.

Noemi is survived by; daughter Marisa Mena, son Adrian Mena, grandson Zion Curl, mother Dolores Montiel, six sisters - Aurora, Rachel, and Hortencia Montiel; Connie Moraga, Anita Marin, and Olga Scott; nine brothers - Francisco (Kiko) Martinez, Alfonzo, Raymond, John, Oscar, Ruben, Isaac, Sam, and George Montiel. She was loved and adored by too many nieces and nephews to name.

Noemi was preceded in death by her father, Alfonzo Montiel.

Services in honor of Noemi will be held on Monday, November 20, 2017 at Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 S Dobson Rd, Mesa. Visitation time will be at 10:00 am with service to follow. Burial will take place at Mariposa Gardens at 1:00 pm, with a reception to follow at Lakeshore Mortuary at 2:30 pm.
