Norberta St. Esteben Obituary

St. Esteben, Norberta F., 79, longtime resident of Chino, passed away at her home on May 20, 2018. Born in Fullerton, CA to Augustin and Mary Louise Mujica in 1939, Norberta was a graduate of Fullerton High School and was in banking for over 40 years with Bank of America. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jean and her brother, Augie. She is survived by her brother, Louis D. Mujica of Cathedral City; sons, Jean L. (Kelly) and Michael A. (Irene) St. Esteben of Chino; daughter, Denise R. Van Dyke (Kevin) of Jurupa Valley; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Norberta was proud of her Basque heritage and was a member of both Chino Basque Club and Southern California Basque Club. She loved to dance and play cards at Basque picnics and monthly lunches. Above all, her greatest joys were her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services will be held Wednesday, March 30th at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Ontario with a viewing from 5:30pm-6:30pm and Mass at 7:00pm. Burial will be the following day Thursday, March 31st at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Orange at 10:00am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Norberta's memory to: All Saints Hospice Inc., 7365 Carnelian St. Suite 240, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.

Norberta was my manager when I worked at BofA She was the sweetest and kindest person to work for. My sympathy and prayers to the family.
