Norma was born and raised in Gaston Oregon. She married Earnest Lee Groves (1933-2005), and together they raised four children in Manzanita Oregon. When the youngest graduated high school, they moved to Hillsboro Oregon. Norma worked at the Wheeler Hospital and Rinehart Clinic, and retired from Gray & Co. in Forest Grove. Norma enjoyed time spent with family and friends, was an avid reader, enjoyed golf, and loved being outdoors. Norma is survived by two daughters, Debra Boettcher and Beverly Brending; and two sons John (Diane Miller) and Jerry (Sheree Potter).

A Celebration of Life is planned for December 11, 2025. Please reach out to the family for details.
