It is impossible to acknowledge the passing of Norma Hawkins without mention of the dynamic marriage of Norma Ford to Kell Hawkins. Here was a model marriage of accomplishment and love. The North High class of 1952 was highly privileged to have had Norma and Kell in our midst.

The world was a better place because Norma was here with us for so many wonderful years. She was always a delight to be around. This picture of her with her bright smile is the way we will remember her.

We're sorry to hear of your loss. I remember Norma back when she was a young girl. She and my sister Janet (Thompson) Franklin used to call each other every morning to see what each was wearing to school. These are pleasant memories to me. Janet died in July of 2007.
