Janelle, Kim, and family,
I was so very saddened to learn of your mother's passing. Norma was a kind, caring, considerate, and wonderful person who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was a great neighbor, looked in on my inlaws, and was always so willing to help others. More importantly her spirit and attitude was always so upbeat and positive; her concern for others was demonstrated in everything she did. Our lives were truly enriched because she touch them in such a special way.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and we hope fond memories of her help ease you through this difficult time. We were truly blessed to have had her touch our lives in such a special way. She'll continue to be an angel in her new life ~ she had already mastered the art while she was with us here on earth.

Holzer Family,
I am very sad and shocked to hear of Normas passing. I swore I saw her the other day. I have known Norma for many many years dating back to when your Dad was my newspaper route man. Then oddly enough Norma was a carrier at the Post Gazette herself for a short while. We would always converse. I will surely miss her speeding up and down in her little volkswagon while I'm in the area Landscaping. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.

To Norma's Children,

I was deeply saddened when I saw your beautiful mother's picture and learned of your loss in this morning's paper. I went to St. Basil's High with her and always enjoyed seeing her and exchanging girlhood memories at our class reunions. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Kim, Janelle, all of Norma's sisters,

I am so saddened to hear of Norma's passing. She was an influential person in my young life. I babysat for the Holzer's and she was so good to me. More than that, she was an understanding confidante during the early teen years when some young girls think their own mother just doesn't understand! I will always have fond memories of her generous spirit. My love and prayers to all of you.
