Mr. Elrod was a true pillar of the community and he will be deeply missed by all that knew him. Mr. Elrod was and will always be a highly respected man. He has always been a positive influence in my life and I owe him all the the gratitude in world for being such a great, kind, and generous man to me and my family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Mrs. Elrod, the Elrod Family and all your extended family during this time and always. We are truly blessed to have you all in our lives. Norm Elrod hired my son when he was in high school. My son has worked for N I rm his entire adult life. He was a "constant" in my son's life. He treated him very well. Norm will definitely be missed. I have known Norman for at least 60 years when I lived in La Sierra. I was agood friend of his cousin Bill Lee.Always looked up to Norm and Jan. He was a great person. Harvey and Carole, Whitefish, mt.
