NORMAN NEMECEK Obituary
"CRAZY NORM"
Age 91, peacefully left us on Monday, October 3, 2016. Husband of the late Marcelline "Meem" (Kapolka) Nemecek; beloved father of Marcelline (John) Kruluts, JoAnn (Jim) Robison, Kathleen (Alan) Stehman, Patricia (Ed) Reith and Norma (Rick) Minsterman; loving grandfather of Stephanie, Justin, Christopher, Rachael, Samantha, Lindsay, Dan, Eddie, Erica and Ricky; great-grandfather of Brady, Gavin, Elijah, Lupine, Emory, Jackson, McKenna. Friends may call Friday, 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at O'BRIEN'S, 3724 California at Cooper Ave., N.S. Funeral Mass in St. Cyril of Alexandria Church Saturday, 9:30 a.m. Norm was a proud WWII veteran of the US Navy. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Little Sisters of the Poor, 1028 Benton Ave., Pgh., PA 15212.

I know you will be missed by your 5 daughters and friends you have in Pittsburgh. My family will always remember you as we would visit you and Marcie when we came to PA for a visit. Your family was so kind to us and made us always feel welcome.

My pap, you weren't "wrapped too tight", but you were one of a kind. You were always a large part of my life and my sons lives, especially Brady. You will be missed beyond measure. Give my meem a big hug and kiss from us. "Crazy Norm" you were truly something else, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I love you!

Norm was a special person to so many. He could always make you laugh with one of his "quotes" and jokes.
He loved his family and I cherished the acknowledgement of being "daughter number six".
