Ret Officer RB Wade

March 19, 2017

In 1976 my partner and I went to the Richmond Police Academy where we received brand new Kevlar vests. This was on a Friday. On Monday, he was shot in the heart by one of three burglars. The Kevlar vest stopped the bullet. His life was saved. Thanks, Mr. Radow, your research made a LIFE time difference. God speed! Officer RB Wade, Richmond Police retired.
