NORMAN WISE Obituary
Of West Homestead, on September 3, 2012, age 78, surrounded by family while under the care of hospice, after a courageous battle with cancer. Son of the late John and Marie (Herbert) Wise; beloved and committed husband of 55 years of Rose Marie (Muse) Wise; caring and devoted father of Deborah Woolley of Munhall and Denise (Doug) Vigliotti of Bethel Park; brother of the late Richard Wise. Norman is also the caring and devoted grandfather of Jennifer, Christopher, Alyssa, Anthony and Samantha. Friends received SAVOLSKIS - WASIK - GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall on Wednesday 6-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be Friday, 10:00 a.m. at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, Homestead. Norman was a retired police officer for the University of Pittsburgh, a member of the Thompson Club AARP #3801 and a veteran of the Army. The family of Norman Wise suggest memorial contributions to Family Hospice and Palliative Care, 50 Moffett Street, Pittsburgh, 15243 or St. Maximillian Kolbe Church, 363 11th Avenue, Homestead, 15120.

Dear Rose, Debbie and Denise. We are in Hilton Head and just found out about Norm's passing. We are so sorry that we cannot be there, since you have always been there for us. Our sympathy is with all of you.

Dear Wise Family,
