I am not really sure what to say at this point, because I know that no words can fill the void that is left in your lives. I feel for your entire family, because I know what it is like to lose a loved one long before his time should have been up. Just know that Kevin is not really gone from your lives. He will live on each day in each of you. He will be around to visit you and listen to you when you really need him. A father’s work is never really done, and he will be there to push you and encourage you in your life. Just listen carefully, and you will still be able to hear him.

Kevin-Thank you for your's and Debbie friendship. We had a great time camping at Flaming Gorge, ridging our four wheelers at the duns, and just hanging out. Love the dutch oven cookouts, but most of all we loved your friendship.

Kevin,
I haven't known you as an adult since we grew up living across the street from each other and you were the "nice big brother" of my best friend Lisa. I remember how you looked at the age of 17 which was probably the last time I have seen you. You made an impact on the people around you and made life a better place just by being there. I can tell you were loved and cherished by those around you. I've been in Minnesota for the last 3 years and loved to camp and learned to fish too. I can't wait to go fishing with you and Lori when I see you in heaven. Good night big brother.

Grandpa I love you so much! We have shared so many memories. Fishing, camping, boating, holiday, birthdays, and so much more! I know you are watching over me. I really, miss you...... U meant so much to me! I mean I was your only granddaughter..... I will always be thinking of you! and I will always remember the times we have shared together. I can not wait to see you again in life after death. I will always love you! Please make sure you you save a seat on the boat for me in heaven. Oh and one more thing! I sang my song in my recital and even though I was nervous I hope I made you proud! love your only granddaughter. xoxoxo

Debbie and family,
Kevin was such a great guy and a wonderful grandpa. I know that it meant everything to him to have his loving family all around him during his last precious moments here. I think he held on as long as he could just to make sure he gave everyone a little more time with him. He was looking out for all of you then as he still will be. Thats the type of person he is. I feel better knowing he is in heaven waiting to welcome others in with his big smile and uplifting spirit. If you need someone to talk to, I can be a good listener. God bless your family through these extremely hard times.

Uncle Kevin,
So where do i start? There are so many memories! I am going to miss fishing with you so much. We had alot of good times at Berry. I'll never forget the time we were all up there camping above Aspen Groove and that sheep came into are camp and we were standing next to your truck, you told me and Adam to be real quiet you let it get right next to the truck and then you hit the hood with your hand! Man the poor thing had no idea, i'm sure it left a trail. And i hope you didn't forget i still owe you for the the little sunscreen trick you pulled on me out on the boat with all the seagulls flying over us. (feel free to squirt as much as you want on me). I'm really going to miss sitting next to you around the awesome camp fires you would get going!!!! I miss you sooooo much already. Do me a favor and give my sis a big hug for me. Love ya and will never forget all the good times. Your nephew Stubin!!!
