Our thoughts of many good times together are foremost in our minds today as we heard of Kirk Herrick's passing. Mary & Kirk have been great family friends for years, mostly through the Alplaus United Methodist Church. They have been tremendous supporters of our late grandmother, Sybil Bopp, and would often drive her home from services, bible study, vacation bible school, you name it.
We will miss Kirk's booming voice in choir and his friendly smile at the top of the sanctuary stairs.
...Our very best to all of his family & friends...

I am saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Herrick. He and his family, Mrs Herrick, Billy, Bob and Kathy were a great part in my growing up in Alplaus. I remember all the years our families shared good times and all the times we were together at Christmas. He will be remebered with great fondness by myself, my brother Tim and my father Walt. I would like to think he is now reunited and chatting with my mom Ginny and my brother Tom. All my sympathy,
