Addis-Harvey, Carol Sue (nee Metz), Tues., July 14, 2009. Former wife of Everett Addis; dear mother of Dante (Larry) Pitzer and Michelle (Mark) Luhn; dear grandmother of Justin, Amanda, Ryan, Scott, Nicole and Andria; our dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt and niece. Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. (at Butler Hill), was held on Thurs., July 16, 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Interment Crestlawn Cemetery (Ste. Genevieve, MO). In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Humane Society of MO appreciated.

Carol Sue was one of the founders of the New Hampshire Coalition for Missing and Abused Children. She had a heart of gold, one of a kind. We love her.
