Regina Louise Rickenbach of West Orange, N.J., passed away on Thursday, June 17, at her residence. She was 90 years old. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 from 4 to 7 p.m., with a family remembrance at 6:30 p.m. at the Prout Funeral Home, 370 Bloomfield Ave., Verona, N.J. Regina, known as Jean to all her family and friends, was born Nov. 9, 1919 in Philadelphia, Pa. Jean resided in Port St Lucie, Fla., for 32 years and lived in West Orange, N.J. for the past four years. Jean was the wife of the late Wilson Allan Rickenbach; devoted mother of Allan Rickenbach and his wife, Nancy, and Robert Rickenbach and his wife, Dianne; loving grandmother of Todd Rickenbach, Cory Festa, Scott Rickenbach, Kiersten Rickenbach-Cerveny and Eric Rickenbach. She is also survived by her five great-grandchildren, Lauren, Kate, Megan, Erin and Reese. Jean will be greatly missed by her family and friends and remembered for her energy, elegance and grace. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Atlantic HomeCare & Hospice, 33 Bleeker St., Millburn, N.J. 07041.
