Agnes Kopacz Obituary
AGE: 99 • Middletown
Agnes L. (Nagdzin) Kopacz, 99, of Middletown, passed away, Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Holmdel. Born and raised in Jersey City, she moved to Hazlet in 1956 and resided there through 1983. She then moved to Keyport and afterwards to Middletown. She was a homemaker and a member of the St. John's United Methodist Church, Hazlet.
Agnes was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Kopacz, in 2000; and her brother, Chester Nagdzin. She is survived by two sons, Walter of VA; and John R. of AK; a sister, Theresa Cuccio of Whiting; two cherished grandchildren, John of TX and Kevin of AK; and four adored great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family and friends are invited Thursday, June 4, 2015, from 2-6PM, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735; and Friday, June 5, 2015, 9:30AM, with a 10AM service at the funeral home.
