Honestly just saying my deepest condolences doesn't say enough. Franco wasn't just someone I knew in the 277th En Co,he was my family. I remember when I first met him I was like wow I don't want to piss him off because he was so much taller than me,but then one day we started to talk and found out we somethings in common. Every time I saw him at drill I always made it a point to say hi and just bs some, but not only that I woukd ask him advice to becoming a better NCO. Franco was one of several NCO's I would constantly ask advice on bettering myself. I'm going to really miss you my friend,my brotha. One day we will meet again and when we do we can build some wood working projects together. Love you Battle

I'm sorry for your loss Mr. and Mrs. Franco. It was an honor and a blessing to have known your family and serve with Steven in the Army. No words can describe how sorry I am. May you find comfort in knowing that your son you brought into this world was by far the most caring. Stephen would go out of his way to please others. Also, he was always willing to lend a hand and found a way to make things work out. May his beautiful smile and memories bring your family comfort. Your son is so adored ~ My deepest condolences.

To Leslie and Jesse and Tencha Franco and rest of family. My heart is so heavy and filled with disbelief. I'm sure he loved everyone so much as we all loved him. He will always be remembered in our prayers and ask the Dear Lord to comfort all and Steven as he now lays in His arms.
