Dr. Olaf K. Storaasli

Thanks to all who joined us last Monday to celebrate Dad's life and Faith.

On Dad's visit to us, just a month before his peaceful passing, Dad said:

"At my age, I'm grateful to God for 3 things:

1. My Health: sight, hearing and functioning mind

2. My family

3. My Faith

He then related several sentences about travel concluding:

"I'm ready for a 1-way ticket to heaven".

Dear Lila, Olaf, Barbara and all Storaasli family members,

I learned of Olaf's passing via Pastor Mark Johnson of Northfield. It was such a shock and saddened me deeply, especially having just heard from Olaf via email a few days before that about plans to visit with each other in June.
