Olga DeMICKE Obituary
May 24, 2022. Born in Vienna, Austria. Beloved wife of the late SGM Nicholas J. DeMicke; daughter of the late Viktor Valle and Leopoldine (nee Kodat) Valle; dear sister of Leopoldine "Lena" Hitchcock, Viktor Valle, Ingeborg "Mausi" Kurz and the late Rudolf Valle and Liane Maria Dahlberg; also survived by many nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stephen's R.C. Church, 2100 Baseline Rd., Grand Island, on Saturday, June 11th, at 11 AM. The Funeral Mass will be live-streamed at: www.ststephenswny.com. Olga was an active member of the Altar and Rosary Society and Bereavement Committee at St. Stephen's Church and a longtime waitress for over 30 years at Nuchereno's. Olga was the most generous, warm hearted, loving, and caring person. She will remain in our hearts forever. Flowers are gratefully declined. In lieu of, expressions of sympathy donations may be made to St. Stephen's Bereavement Committee. Arrangements by CUSACK FUNERAL HOME, W. Seneca, NY (828-1846).

I am one of Olga's nieces. My mother and Aunt Olga were very close and I was a well. Our last in person visit together was just over 22 years when I told her I was moving to Tucson. She loved Tucson and told me many of her wonderful stories as we stayed in contact by phone. She called it her "beloved Tucson."
I wish to express my sincere condolences to her remaining family and friends. I was not informed of her passing until one day I tried to call her and her phone was disconnected and later told she was in assisted living where she later passed away. I'm so so sorry she is gone. You remain in my
