Orville Raymond Haas Mr. Orville Raymond Haas, of Topeka, Kansas, born on July 22, 1932 in Overbrook, Kansas, to the late Muriel Haas and the late Orville Ralph "Bun" Haas, passed away at age 86 on September 18, 2018. Orville attended Washburn University. He served in the Army during the Korean War and he also worked in the Public Safety industry as a Battalion Chief for the Topeka Fire Dept. until he retired in 1992. Orville was married to the late Shirley Ann Haas. He is survived by his daughter, Debra Ann Leslie (Haas); stepson, Jason Paul Lutz; stepdaughters, Pamela Ann Lutz and Heather Jean Lutz; brother, Kenneth (Kenny) Haas; and sister, Nancy J. Foster. Raymond leaves behind 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He also leaves behind his adored dogs, Jamie and Lucas. He enjoyed traveling, golfing, bowling, drawing, painting, and racing. Friends and family members may attend the celebration of life on Saturday, September 29th, 2018.

Nancy, I was so sorry to see your Brother had passed away! I have such good memories on 17th St. Loved your Mom!! And your Dad made us chocolate sundies with more syrup than ice cream,your brother Ray would walk by and say WHAT EVER!!! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. 773 251-8978
