Oscar Mendez Obituary
Con profunda tristeza pronunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestro amado Oscar Luis Méndez, 55 de edad, de Midland, TX falleció el 12 de diciembre de presente. Nuestro guerrero nació en Ceballos, Mapimi Durango, el 1 de Noviembre de 1966. Sus padres Oscar Méndez Durán y María Elena Ortiz de Méndez.
Conoció al amor de su vida, nuestra madre María Luisa Burrola. Se casaron el 7 de junio de 1986, se unieron en santo matrimonio en Nuestra Señora del Refugio en Ceballos, Dgo. Su matrimonio fue bendecido con tres hijos Oscar I. Méndez, Cynthia Hernandez y Marilyn Jordan.
Nuestro padre era un trabajador dedicado para mantener a su familia, ser Brick Layer fue su pasión durante 30 años. Fue amado y respetado por muchos y dedicó su tiempo a su iglesia Our Lady of Guadalupe. Disfrutaba de la música, el baile, las carreras de caballos y pasar tiempo con la familia. Amaba a sus seis nietos Jayden Hernandez, Julian Hernandez, Sakura Mendez, Phoenix Mendez, Isaiah Jordan y Paisley Jordan.
Sobrevivió a sus dos hermanas Adriana Méndez Lomeli y Luz Elena Méndez Musquiz y a sus cuatro hermanos Jorge Méndez, Iván Méndez, Enrique Méndez y Jesús Méndez. Es procesado en la muerte por sus abuelos Rogelio Méndez Sáenz, Margarita Duran, Juaquin Oriz Chavarria, Hilaria Montelongo.
