Uncle Paige has and will cotinue to be my Uncle Paige. Even after He & my Aunt separated, there was never a doubt of his family ties. I may not have seen him as often, but there wasn't a time that I couldn't smile or laugh looking through our family albums when I saw a picture (usually funny) of him. He has taught me some lessons, a few were tough, but most I can crack up at. I'm grateful for what I've learned and for the four cousins in my life. Have no doubts about those boys Uncle Paige, as they are surrounded by love and you have taught them well.

Paige MacDonald

I just wanted to say:

You are a wonderful person, musician, and friend

You helped raise 4 incredible sons

I will miss you but I know you’re always here

You are missed by many and thought of daily

I know your smiling upon us

I hope you will watch over us all

Thinking of you,

Andrea

I have known Paige Sr. since the whole MacDonald family moved into my life in 6th grade, I was 11 or so met Jeremy and he soon intoduced me to his father. We have had a great relationship, Paige could make you laugh and I know if I ever needed him he would be there for me.

I know Paige was into music but I had no idea he was so big into the music scene when he was younger. His cool -o- meter just went through the roof.

If I could say one thing to Paige it would be, don't worry about your kids I know them all personally and they are going to be just fine.

Thank you Paige

I have read all the entries and wanted to thank everyone for writing such beautiful things about my dad. I enjoy reading about how he had touched so many other people's lives.

My dad gave his kids everything a son could ever want from a father. I'm very glad I had the privilege of telling him that before he left us. He never hesitated to put his family first. I got to see him the day before he passed and I am thankful I got to tell him one last time that I loved him. He had the most admirable sense of humor. I'm sure those who knew him knew how he was always looking for a good laugh. He was a comedian at heart. Whenever he would introduce one of his four sons to someone he'd like to tell them, "I don't expect a whole lot out of my boys, just that they bring me fudge and beer when I'm in the nursing home." I am so proud to have been fathered by such a great man. I love you dad.

Paige always had one of the better bands in the Tri-City area back in the old days. We played in a competing band, and we would always check them out at every opportunity to be aware of what the competition was. RIP Paige, and I know you'll be making music up there!

I grew up on Hannah Ct. and Paige lived behind us (on Vail St). I looked up to him and his musical gifts, (at the time he played with Randy Markey, my Banjo teacher). Later I had the honor and privelege of traveling and making music with him in Flood Band, and Stratton-Nelson Band. I love Paige dearly and hope there is a Heaven where we can be together again. Any old friends seeking comfort please come to St. Johns Episcopal this Sunday 9/11 at 9AM where I'll be playing worship music with Tim Stark, Randy Urchick, and Jeffrey MacDonald in Williams Hall.

I went to school with Paige and my parents (Jess and Lila Silva) were good friends with the Lowreys. My sympathies to Martita and the children.

I played bass in Flood with Paige in the mid 70s and have known him since the late 60s. He was a sweet and funny man, and a fine drummer and singer. We called him Mr. Frisky, which described his personality to a T.

Goodby Paige.

I've known Paige since the "old days" of the bands like the 7th Court. He was one of the gang and absolutely a wonderful soul. He will be greatly missed.
