Paige Rule Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 17, 2025.
Paige Rule (née Seekins), age 69, passed away on July 16, 2025, after a long and difficult 40-year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Norma Seekins, and her best friend and beloved dog, Toby.

Paige is survived by her husband of 43 years, Jeff; her daughters, Jennie (Phil) Day and Ashley (Eric) Loring; her cherished grandson, Oliver, and a grandchild on the way. She is also survived by her sister Shelley Owen; brother Mark (Mattie) Seekins; brother-in-law Tim (Sony) Rule; nieces Meghan (Mark) Eakins, Molly Owen, Emily (Eric) Lash, and Danielle Rule; great-niece Mackenzie Lash; step-niece Angela (Shane) Melean; and step-nephews Alfonse Battistelli, Shane Jr., and Anthony Melean.

Paige had a unique sense of humor and a deep appreciation for the things she loved. She enjoyed antiquing, cooking, and solving puzzles-and often said she would have made an excellent Wheel of Fortune contestant-if she applied. A lifelong dog lover, she donated annually to the Columbus Humane Society, quietly supporting a cause she cared about deeply.

Living with MS for four decades took strength and resilience, both of which she had. Paige faced her challenges head-on, in her own way, and on her own terms.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Columbus Humane Society in her honor. In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
