Pam was one my very first friends. We met at age two, and our families were close. Pam filled my childhood with joy and laughter. We kept in touch over the years until her tragic illness took her to a different place. My deepest sympathy to Pam's parents, Frank & Elaine, her husband Tony, and her siblings. God speed, my beloved friend. Until we meet again.
