Pamela Baum Smith Obituary
Born on July 19, 1948, Pam spent many cherished years as a long-time resident of Long Beach Island, New Jersey, where she co-owned the beloved PJ's Ice Cream. Her warm smile and welcoming spirit made countless summer memories sweeter for both locals and visitors alike.
Pam was deeply nautical at heart, finding joy and serenity near the ocean she so loved. Her connection to the sea reflected her nature-steady, calming, and full of quiet strength.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jay Smith; her three sons, Stacey & Danielle, Trevor & Mandy, and William & Marna, along with many grandchildren and a great-grandson, all of whom brought her immense pride and happiness. She was the heart of her family-a nurturing presence whose legacy will live on in the generations she helped raise.
A celebration of Pam's life will be held at a future date, where friends and loved ones will gather to honor her memory and share stories of a life well-lived.
She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever in our hearts.

I will always appreciate Pam's friendly nature as a neighbor. Her quick smile and easy-going attitude ruled the day. She loved her family and it showed in many ways. My sincere condolences to Jay and the Smith family.
