Pamela M. Gorman, age 41, of Brick, NJ, passed away Thursday October 27, 2022, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. She was born in Point Pleasant, NJ and was a lifelong resident of Brick.
Pam was a graduate of Brick Memorial High School, where she played softball, basketball, and field hockey; Pam attended Rutgers University and graduated in 2003 with her bachelor’s degree. After college she went to work for Marriott Hotels, and most recently Sea View Hotel, as a Hotel Manager, in Galloway Twp.
Pam was most proud of being a mom and created the most amazing life for her two kids James and Lizzie. She was a fixture at Midstreams School volunteering on the PTO and as class mom. She never missed one of her kids many baseball, softball or basketball games always cheering them and all their teammates on from the sidelines. Pam was an incredible friend who would drop anything to help someone out or just to make them smile. She was full of a bright light that was immediately apparent as soon as you met her and will continue to shine through all that knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father Glenn Wemple and her sister Michelle Lachance.
Surviving is her husband, Christopher Gorman; her children James Gorman and Elizabeth Gorman; her mother Diane Wemple; two brothers Glenn and Danny Wemple; her maternal grandmother Mae Colucci; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loving in-laws, and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 2nd from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Hwy. 88, Brick. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Midstreams Elementary School PTO in Pam’s name.

I know from my niece, Tiffany Roland what a great friendship Pam and Tiffany had. I’d always see pictures of Pam and Tiffany on FB from the different events at school with their kids. I know Tiffany is heartbroken to lose such a special person as many are too. May strength, faith, and love guide the family and friends to get through these difficult times. Sending prayers. God Bless.

Time and just life have moved our family all around the country but you guys will always be part of our family and the loss is heartbreaking. She was a little sister to me and a best friend to Jenny. She was a truly amazing person who had to be one of the absolutely most positive people on Earth. We love you. Stay strong.
