Pamela Grant Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Feb. 16, 2025.
Gervais - Pamela (Pam) Ann Grant , 80, of Gervais, OR passed away on January 30, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on March 18, 1944 in Woodstock, IL, to Wesley and Violet (Gustafson) Munger, Pam was the eldest of six siblings. She grew up in Belvidere, Illinois, where she graduated from Belvidere High School and met her first husband, LeRoy Blum and they had twin daughters. They later divorced and on September 17, 1977 Pam married Robert (Bob) Grant the love of her life and adventure partner. Pam and Bob made a great partnership which extended to their company they created, Seaward Yacht Sales, where they forged many lifelong friendships.

After retiring and selling Seaward Yachts, Pam and Bob moved to Tygh Valley, OR, for another adventure where they built a yurt and immersed themselves in the outdoors they loved. Ever the nomads, Pam and Bob set off on an RV adventure traveling many states and eventually settled in Gervais, Oregon to be near their daughters and their families.

Pam found delight in the simple pleasures: working a crossword puzzle while sitting in the warm sunshine with her husband by her side and she loved a chilled glass of champagne! She often said you can never have enough ketchup or jelly, as they add flavor to everything!

Pam is loved and survived by her husband, Bob; her daughters Julie (Alex) Tucker and Jeanette (James) Fox; grandchildren Devon (Patti Miller) Fox, Tiernan Fox, Sydney Tucker, and Graceyn Tucker; and her siblings. Pam was predeceased by her parents, son Martin Blum and brother Lance Munger.

She lived her life to the fullest, always embracing the next adventure. In her honor, please raise a glass of bubbly and remember Pamela Grant. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

Til we meet again!
