In Loving Memory of Pamela Jean Lee

April 29, 1957 - July 25, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Pamela Jean Lee on July 25, 2025, nearly six months after the loss of her beloved husband, Bill Skraba. Her departure leaves a deep void in the lives of all who knew and loved her.

Born and raised in South Carolina, Pam carried the warmth and charm of the South throughout her life. It was there she met Bill, the love of her life. She later relocated to Minnesota to be with him and embraced his family as her own.

Pam had a heart that was both big and tender. She cared deeply for others and was often sensitive to how she was perceived - always hoping to be accepted and loved in return. She had a special way of making people feel cared for and found happiness in life's simple pleasures: time spent with close friends, cozy evenings watching Hallmark movies, and the companionship of her cherished black labs. She also shared a close and meaningful bond with her nephew, Tyler Lee, with whom she had frequent conversations that brought her comfort and joy.

Pam was preceded in death by her father, Virgil B. Lee; her mother, Alice Lee; her stepmother, Margie Lee; her brothers, Bobby Lee and Todd Lee; her nephew, Justin Lee; and her beloved husband, Bill Skraba.

She is survived by her brother, Virgil B. Lee Jr. (Karen); her sister, Melanie Lee Muir; and her nieces and nephews: Kenny Lee (Sarah), Paula Lee Sox (Todd), Michelle Cornell, Mark Muir (Brittany), Tyler Lee, and Anna Lee. She is also survived by her great-nieces and great-nephews: Nathan Lee, Hannah Lee, Ryan Russell (Sara), Blake Bouknight, Colby Bouknight (Maggie), Lex Lee, Eli Lee, Ollie Lee, Lily Cornell, and Madelyn Muir; and her great-great-nephew, Rhett Bouknight.

From her husband's family, Pam is survived by her stepdaughters, Allison Skraba (Chris) and Jennifer Skraba (Dustin); her step-grandchildren, Lillian Klemz, Penelope Klemz, and Chaske Eberhardt; her mother-in-law, Nancy Skraba; her sister-in-law, Kate Skraba (John); her brother-in-law, Steve Skraba; and her niece-in-law, Kaylyn Tolzmann - each of whom welcomed her with love and shared many meaningful moments over the years. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends who brought joy to her life.

Pam will be remembered for her gentle nature, her loyalty to those she loved, her gift for listening, and the quiet strength she carried through the blessings and hardships she encountered.

A private burial will be held by the family. A celebration of Pam's life will be planned for a later date, where friends and loved ones can gather to honor her memory. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you perform a simple act of kindness in Pam's honor - a reflection of the grace, warmth, and compassion she so freely shared with others.
