Pamela Winterrowd Burnett Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 25, 2025.
It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of Pamela Kay Winterrowd Burnett. Pam was a devoted mother and grandmother, cherished daughter, beloved sister, and loyal friend, who peacefully passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 62 after a long illness.

Born on September 2, 1962, in Effingham, Illinois, Pam lived a life defined by grace, strength, and unwavering faith. Her warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone she met. A woman of deep compassion and quiet resilience, she faced each challenge with positivity and hope, inspiring all who knew her.

Pam was the heart of her family. As a mother, she was nurturing and selfless, always putting her children first. As a daughter and sister, she was dependable and loving, a steady presence through life's ups and downs. To her friends, she was a confidante and source of constant encouragement-always ready with a smile, a prayer, or a helping hand.

Pam was preceded in death by her father, Lovell Delane Winterrowd and her sister, Violet Winterrowd.

Pam is survived by her loving children, Nick Burnett (Danielle) and Missy Burnett; her cherished grandchildren, Abby and Cooper Burnett, Kinleey Harris, Addy Burnett, Hayden and Hudson Woodall and Dakota Burnett. Additionally, Pam is survived by her mother, Sharon Kay Winterrowd; her brothers and sister, Al Winterrowd, Mike Winterrowd (Donna) and Lori Lane (Fred) and a host of beloved extended family and friends. Her legacy of love, faith, and selfless devotion will live on in all of us who were privileged to be part of her life.

A celebration of Pam's life will be held in Tennessee on August 2, 2025, at First Baptist Church of Fairview from 1pm to 4pm. Additionally, a celebration of Pam's life will be held in Illinois on September 6th at Dieterich Community Civic Center from 12pm to 3pm. All who knew and loved her are welcome to attend and honor her memory.
