The rehabilitation community has lost a gentle giant with the passing of Dr. Phull. He was a patient, wise, and compassionate mentor and role model to hundreds of us who trained at Tufts-NEMC. His medical skill and compassion for his patients were unsurpassed. He will be greatly missed.

To the Phull Family,
I am deeply saddened by the news of Dr. Phull's passing. He was one of the kindest people that I've ever known. Many years ago I had the privilege of working with Dr. Phull in the EMG Lab, he always had a kind word and a smile. He made a difference in my life as I'm sure he did for countless others, he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Godspeed.

To the Phull Family-
I am shocked and saddened to learn of Par's death. He was a respected and beloved teacher, clinician, and colleague. His air of quiet confidence, respect for patients, families, and colleagues, and his absolute knowledge of the basic science of rehabilitation medicine served as a model for residents. He influenced many and will be sorely missed.
I will honor him by doing my very best to follow his lead. If I can be half the doctor that he was, I will be doing well.
Par meant a great deal to me. Please accept my most sincere and heartfelt condolences.

To the Phull family:
I wish to convey my fullest sympathies and condolences to all of you who have sustained such a loss. The Boston rehab "family", of which Par was such a significant member, feels this loss as well. He was my teacher, in my younger days, and I continued to learn from him right up until the time of his illness. His legacy of clinical service, competency and compassion will live on through the many residents he has trained in the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. I will best honor him by pursuing the responsibilities he delegated to me with my fullest energy and vigor.
Sincerely
Harry C. Webster, MD, MPH
