Patricia Beatini

Patricia Ann Beatini (nee Horne), age 72, of Rutherford, NJ and Bloomsburg, PA, passed away on November 25, 2022 after a long battle with ovarian cancer. 

Patricia was born in Espy, PA on October 13, 1950, daughter of the late Lee R. Horne and Hazel Horne (nee Lehman). She was the devoted and loving wife to Anthony F. Beatini and mother to Angela Beatini, her partner Gregory Lathrop, Christopher Beatini and his wife Christine, and Stephanie Valdes and her husband Eric. 
She was the cherished grandmother to Parker, Patrick, Callie and Vienna, who she loved more than words. 
 
She is survived by her sister, Betty Walko, brother Douglass Horne and his wife Vicki, sister-in-law JoAnn Petruzella and her husband Sergio, as well as many nieces and nephews: Michael Walko and his wife Dawn, Joseph Walko and his wife Andrea, Lauren Beinhower and her husband Aaron, Lisa Horne, Timothy Horne, Vittoria and Antonio Petruzzella. She is predeceased by her brother Richard Horne, who passed away in August of this year, and his wife Jean. 
 
 She graduated from Central Columbia High School in Lime Ridge, PA in 1968 and then completed the Danville area school district practical nursing program. Patricia was a well-respected LPN, who cared for so many people throughout her life, including St.Joseph of the Palisades elementary and high school in West New York, NJ where she was the school nurse for many years. She was also an active member of the Christ United Methodist Church in Hasbrouck Heights.
 
She loved traveling, especially going on trips to Atlantic City with her husband. The most important thing in her life were her grandchildren, who she loved to spoil. She was the best mother, wife and Gram anyone could ever ask for and will forever be missed. 
 
Visitation will be at the Macagna-Diffily-Onorato Funeral Home 41 Ames Avenue in Rutherford, NJ 07070 (201) 939-0098 on Monday, November 28 from 3-7pm. 

Funeral Service will be held at the Macagna-Diffily-Onorato Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 11:00 a.m, followed by the Interment at Hillside Cemetery
