BLAY Patricia On July 11th 2015 suddenly after a
short illness at the Calderdale Royal Hospital, Patricia
aged 76 years. Much loved wife of Terry, dearly loved mum of Stephen, Terence and Michael. Special grandma of Jessica, Charlotte and Sarah,
a great grandma of Simone, Samuel, Jonah and Ophelia and a dear friend to many. The funeral service will take place at Park Wood Crematorium, Elland on Monday July 27th 2015 at 11.15am. Family flowers only please by request, donations would be appreciated to Overgate Hospice and a box will be available on the day. All enquiries to Emotions Funeral Service, Stoney Road, Halifax. Tel 01422 345472.
Will friends please accept this as the only intimation and meet at the crematorium. Formal or dark clothing is not required. R.I.P
