Please accept my condolences as Mrs. Burkhart was a great friend to my family since we moved in the neighborhood in 1974. I am truly sorry for your loss. Mrs. Burkhart was one of my mom's dear friends and she provided me my first paying job caring for Charlie Brown and allowed me to begin my lifelong obsession with March Madness by allowing me to enter her family's ncaa pool as a high schooler. Such great memories of your kind family over the years. Such a kind, sweet, funny lady.
