CROOK. - Patricia. Dearly loved Nan of Steve and Georgie, Andrea and Glenn, Troy and Angela and special Nanny to Ashleigh, Jessica, Matthew, Daniel, Rachel, Shaelyn and Samantha. Nan, God saw you getting tired, staying was not to be, So He put His arms around you and whispered 'Come with Me'. With tearful eyes we watched you as you peacefully went to sleep, With loving hands we held you, treasured memories are ours to keep. A golden heart stopped beating, our beautiful Nan now at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best. Always in our thoughts, forever in our hearts. We love you Nan.
