Mrs. Patricia Jean Derrick

A graveside service for Patricia Jean “Pat� Derrick, 81, will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, July 10, 2011, in Bethel Lutheran Church Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel. Mrs. Derrick, wife of the late Claude Alvin Derrick, died July 7, 2011. Born October 9, 1929, in Richland County, she was a daughter of the late Grady C. and Mary Koon Lowman. She was a homemaker and a member of Bethel Lutheran Church. She and her husband owned Derrick’s Azalea Farm, Derrick’s Electrical Co. and the Christmas Elf Shop. Surviving are her brothers, Robert D. Lowman (Christine) and Grady R. Lowman (Bonnie), all of Ballentine; granddaughter, Candice Alexandra Derrick of Lexington; nephews, Grady C. Lowman (Kim) of Irmo, Kirk Lowman of Cornelius, N.C.
