Patricia (Donahue) Duggan, age 95, a lifelong resident of Quincy, died peacefully, Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at the Dr. Ruth McLain Hospice Home in Braintree, surrounded by her loving family.

Patricia was born in Boston, raised in Quincy, and was a graduate of Quincy High School, Class of 1947.

She began her career working as a legal secretary for Judge Mulhall of Quincy. She left her position to raise her family and later returned to work at a Boston law firm.

Patricia was devoted to her family and was especially proud of her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Beloved wife for sixty-eight years of Cornelius J. Duggan, Lieutenant, Mass. State Police, Retired, who died on February 6, 2025.

Devoted mother of Marie Therrien of Quincy and her late husband Michael, Ellen Duggan of Quincy, Joseph P. Duggan and his wife Mary of Acton, Jean Clements and her husband Douglass of Reading, and Ann Brady and her husband David of Concord.

Loving grandmother of Breanne Starsiak and her husband Stephen of Quincy, Megan Patey and her husband Kenneth of Quincy, Kevin Therrien and his wife Amanda of Weymouth, Brendan Therrien and his wife Allison of Tewksbury, Matthew Duggan and his wife Lindsey of Ipswich, Michael Duggan and his fiancée Emily Beaudreau of N.H., Sean Duggan of East Boston, Kyle Clements of Cheverly, Md., Katelyn Cooper-Teleau and her husband Marcell of Danvers, Bridget Clements of Methuen, MaryKate Kapuza and her husband Steve of Waltham, and Hannah Brady of Waltham.

The last of four siblings, she was predeceased by Barbara Hart and her late husband Gerald, Thomas C. Donahue, and John J. Donahue and his late wife Dianne.

Patricia is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their families.

At the request of the family, funeral services and interment were private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia's memory may be made to Old Colony Hospice and Palliative Care, 321 Manley Street, West Bridgewater, MA 02379.
