Passed away peacefully at Compton Hospice on July 15, 2008, aged 61 years.
The Church Service is to take place on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at St. Leonard's Church, Bilston at 10.50 am, followed by Committal at West Chapel, Bushbury Crematorium at 12 noon.
Family flowers only.
