Patricia Harden Obituary
Patricia Ann "Patty" Harden, 73, of Zanesville, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at her residence.
She was born December 4, 1939, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late James William and Anna Irene Beach Barker. She had worked for Genesis Food Services and was a member of the Washington Township Baptist Church.
Surviving are her children, Debra French of Grove City, Tresea (William Aikey) Mitchell of Philo, Margie (Floyd) Lashley of Zanesville, Nancy (Harold Maust) Wilson of Cambridge and Angie (Eric) Hensley of Zanesville; six grandchildren, Krystie Weist, Ashley Bush, Tisha Penell, Tyler Young, Kelli French and Kyle French; three great- grandchildren, Brayden Bush, Jeremiah Weist and one on the way, Mason Penell; four brothers, James Barker, Edward Barker, Frederick Barker and Charles Barker; and two sisters, Melba Mercer and Myrna Fesler.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Harden Jr.; a son, David French; a sister, Clara Wickham; and a brother, Richard Phillips.
Calling hours will be held from 2-4 & 6- 8 p.m. Thursday, January 3, 2013 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 W MILITARY RD., ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 4, 2013 in the Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Mike McGuire officiating. Patricia will be laid to rest next to her husband in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

Dearest Nancy, Angie and families - I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your sweet mother. I know you will miss her very much, but just hold all the sweet precious memories of her near to your heart. I have been praying that God will give you comfort. I am sorry we had to be reunited by the death of your mom..but I think of you girls so often and wonder how you all are doing. God bless you all. Your former teacher but old friend.
