PATRICIA ANN HOWARD

Patricia Ann Howard BLUFF CITY, Tenn. Patricia Ann Howard, age 70, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, from Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born in Catskill, N.Y., to the late Paul A. and Frances Mary Manning Howard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a niece, Holly Lambert. Mrs. Howard worked as an executive officer for 40 years at J.P. Morgan Chase, and was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandson. Survivors include her daughter, Dawn Conte and husband, John, of Bluff City; one grandson, Vincent Conte of Bluff City; two sisters, Peggy Burgos of Bluff City, and Arlene Gavigan of Cairo, N.Y.; one brother, James Howard of Hudson, N.Y.; one godson, Scott Van Valkenburgh and wife, Rebecca, of Bristol, Tenn.; one goddaughter, Krista Klemke of Acra, N.Y.; and an "adopted" son, Gerti Kola. Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews also survive. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at St. Anne Catholic Church. The funeral Mass will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at St. Anne Catholic Church with the Rev. Kevin Segerblom officiating. The committal service and interment will follow in Morning View Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Scott Van Valkenburg, Matthew Lambert, Jeffrey Van Valkenburg, John Conte, Ross Brown, Ryan Bardo and Gerti Kola.
