PATRICIA L. HUMMER

Patricia L. (Davis) (Ulrich) Hummer of Harston Hall, Flourtown, Pa. passed away March 28th, 2023 at the age of 92.

Patricia (Pat) was born August 12, 1930 in Altoona Pa., the daughter of Milton and Ruth (Flick) Davis. She graduated from Altoona High School, married and later moved to Philadelphia Pa.

She was employed by Sears Roebuck & Co. in Northeast Philadelphia from 1963 until its closing with 25 yrs of service in catalog sales and payroll.

She married Edward J. Hummer in 1967 and they resided in the Wissinoming section of Philadelphia Pa. until retirement to Thompson, Pa. After a few years they moved to Ormond Beach, Florida until Edward's passing in 2008. They celebrated 40 yrs of marriage. After several years she moved back to Fox Chase section of Philadelphia Pa to be closer to family. Illness forced her into The Harston Hall nursing home Flourtown Pa which was her final place of residence.

Pat had a passionate love for animals especially Labrador retrievers and gardening. Her flowers were beautiful and enhanced the neighborhoods where she had lived.

She is survived by a sister Joan Bergstein and 4 children: Gary Ulrich (Rosemary), Larry Ulrich (Wenya), Patti Jo Fasching (Bob), David Ulrich (Michelle) and step- daughter Linda Hummer Moronski. She also has many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be dearly missed and always remembered .

Memorial service will be in Altoona Pa May 13th 11am
