Patricia Bystrom Lebo

LEBO, Patricia Bystrom, 94, of Richmond, Virginia, passed into her next life on January 29, 2021. Pat graduated from the University of California at Berkley after. She raised four children in Hawaii, California, South Carolina, D.C. and Virginia. She returned to school in her 30s, earning a degree in education and became an elementary school teacher. After her husband died, she obtained a passport and traveled the world. She saw the Great Wall of China, visited LeHermitage in St. Petersburg, cruised the Mediterranean, toured London and Scotland, flew over Angel Falls in Venezuela and explored the wonders of Alaska. Pat let her children be who they wanted to be. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray; and son, Kevin. Those who cherish her include her loving children, Kathleen Combs (Tommy), Kyle and Karen; grandchildren, Kimberly and Caroline (Alex); and extended family, Alex Maymir (Ashley) and Vanessa Maymir.
