LENZ, Patricia Ann (née McCoy)
May 29, 1937 - December 17, 2017
On December 17, 2017, Pat passed away peacefully at the Royal Alexandra Hospital surrounded by many of her family.
She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her husband, Melvin Lenz; her children Yvette (Tom), Elaine and Ian; her stepsons Doug (Fiona) and Darryn; her grandchildren Craig (Lindsey), Lisa (Cameron), Marc (Olga), Scott, Sarah, Bobby, Ryan (Kerri), Cameron (Brigitta), Kevin, Deryk (Celeste) and Nicole along with her great-grandchildren Mae and Tristan.
Pat was predeceased by her first husband Gilbert Young; her brothers John and Bryan and her parents Rose and Bill McCoy.
Pat was born in Derby, England. She moved to Grostenquin, France when she married and immigrated to Canada with her baby daughter in 1958. She lived in Toronto, Ottawa, Edmonton and Sherwood Park.
Pat worked for Woodward's Department Store from 1972 to when it closed in 1993. She had many good friends and memories from her time at Woodward's. We welcome you to join us in celebrating Pat's life on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at Bethel Lutheran Church, 298 Bethel Drive, Sherwood Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Pat's memory to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories or the charity of one's choice.
