I first met Patty when she was hired to work in NPCN back in the 90s. She always had a smile on her face and love in her heart, compassion for the babies she took care of. I was the second shift Unit Secretary during the time that I knew Patty. So sorry for your loss. May God be with you both and give you both strength in the days and months to come. Cindy Bryant aka Cindy Packett when she knew me.

Patty was a talented and dedicated nurse. She was a blessing to the many babies she cared for over the years, and a true professional to work with. Patty's optimistic outlook and smiling face will really be missed. Our sincere condolences to her husband, son and family. Pam & Karl Kasten

Mike and Joseph, I am sorry for your loss. Patty was a great friend to me as we went through nursing school together. We had lots of fun during that time. God bless you all as you go through this difficult time.

I first met Patty back in my younger days growing up in Kent, Ohio. She was a friend and classmate of my older sister Valerie and the sister of my classmate Pam. I can remember Patty in our kitchen laughing with my mom and carrying on. I could never tell if Patty was laughing at my mom, rightfully so most times or both just laughing at each other. Anyway it was hilarious. Patty had that infectious laugh and spirit everyone wanted to be around. She fit right in as if she was part of the family and shared her family stories of the Brown household with us. Those were the days. As years pass and we all go our separate ways its nice to remember those that stood out in our lives with fond memories. Patty will always be one of those people to me. You will be missed Patty until we all meet again. Jeff Zehel (Savannah, Georgia)

My heart aches. God, please be near my friends and their families today, tomorrow, and always. I can only imagine the glorious reunion of Aunt Patty holding Muffy again!
