Patricia Ann Mitchell, 91, of Dousman, WI passed peacefully on February 9, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born in Fifield, WI on March 15, 1932 to Marjorie and Dewey Lannigan.

Patricia is survived by her beloved husband of 70 years, Richard, her children Kathy (Bob) Smith, Tim (Darlene) Mitchell, Diane Mitchell, and Brian (Janey) Mitchell, her grandchildren Ryan, Jess, Casey (Megan), Shannon (Cole), Rachel (Ben), AJ (Katya), Marty, and McKenzie (Nick), and her brother Dave (Sue) Lannigan.

Richard and Patricia met in high school in Fifield, WI. He always says he had his eye on the cute redheaded Irish girl in class. They were married in 1953 in Milwaukee.

Patricia's family was most important to her and she loved them fiercely. She showed her love in the many delicious meals she prepared, the clothing she made, the games she played, and the way she killed all the snakes on their property in Eagle River.

In lieu of flowers, the family will be planting a tree in Patricia's memory. If you wish to contribute, donations can be sent to Three Pillars c/o Terri Isabell.

A visitation is scheduled for Saturday, February 17th at 1:30 in the Ewald chapel at Three Pillars (375 State Rd 67, Dousman, WI, 53118). A service will follow at 2:00 PM. Please join the family afterwards for a light lunch as we honor Patricia's life. A celebration of life will be scheduled later this year at Forest Home cemetery in Fifield.

Pagenkopf Funeral Home is serving the family.

Slipping down the basement stairs, sliding across the floor, and breaking my front tooth on the doll house. Pat was a beautiful human being and someone who I have thought of often over the years. My deepest condolences for your loss. You are blessed to have been able to share her life for so many years. Renee (Evanich) Carini
